Bancha Taste: BlackFlower patisserie

Saturday afternoon in the middle of Sydney China town. Its not a very good idea. I'm looking for the parking for 20 minutes or so and end up parked in Market City parking for $17 per hour!!!

I start with a Large Cappuccino $4.20 it's a good coffee
ผมเริ่มด้วย คาปูชิโน่แก้วใหญ่ กาแฟดีครับ

My friend ordered an "Ice chocolate" $5.50 Looks good but just Ok
เพื่อนสั่ง ช็อกโกแลตเย็น ดูดีแต่รสชาติพอใช้

Then we shared 'Ham & Cheese Croissant' $5.50 They baked it before they served makes its crisp outside and soft inside - Yummy!

หลังจากนั้นเราก็สั่ง แฮมชีส-ครัวซอง มาแชร์กัน ก่อนเสริฟเค้าเอาไปอบแล้วทำให้ ครัวซองหอม, กรอบนอกนุ่มใน - อร่อยดีครับ

Follow by B.L.T.Burgers $10 served with (Salt-Vinegar chips, and I'm sure they didn't make it, its straight out from the package) the Burger its very good and Tasty

ตามด้วย บีแอลที เบอเกอร์ - เบคอน ผักกาด มะเขือเทศ เสริฟมากับ มันฝรั่งทอด รสเกลือ-น้ำส้มสายชู (มั่นใจว่าแกะมาจากซอง) เบอเกอร์อร่อยใช้ได้

Then we finished with the Highlight - 'Black sesame, Matcha and white chocolate ganache' $7.50 the cake it's thicker than I thought and less sweet than my imagination (Which is good) slightly bitter from (a bit too much) green tea - should be more 'Black sesame' and the white chocolate from the top make the sweet past. When all of above mixing in your mouth : It's a Handsome cake and it's Very Good!

ตามมาด้วยเค้กที่เป็นต้นเหตุให้ต้องมาลอง - เค้กงาดำ, ชาเขียวกับช็อกโกแลตขาวกานาช เนื้อเค้กแน่นกว่าที่ผมคิด และหวานน้อยกว่าที่ผมเดา (แต่เป็นข้อดีครับ) รสชาติขมนิดหน่อย อาจจะเป็นเพราะใส่ชาเขียวมากไป น่าจะเพิ่มงาดำอีกนิดนึง แต่ความหวานที่มาช่วยให้รสกลมกล่อมมากขึ้นก็มาจาก ช็อกโกแลตขาวจากข้างบน พอทุกรสมารวมกันในปาก : เป็นเค้กที่หน้าตาดีมาก และก็รสชาติ ดีมากครับ
